Location, cleanliness, breakfast. Reception Mr. Amar was so helpful and kind.Concierge and Valet were not available at all times. Especially during checkout, I found no body at all.

Just away me with wonderful staff. I am an American who doesn’t usually eat breakfast but this place is yummy. Dinner food is even more delicious. No kidding.I can’t visit Sarajevo more often.
