The Italian restaurant has seen the general population of Alameda through countless high school graduations, 50th birthdays, and milestone gnocchi-and-wine date nights. It’s by far the fanciest place to eat in South Shore, complete with a full bar, drop lights throughout, and fishnet-chic art pieces hanging overhead. The dishes live up to the lavishness, especially the squid ink risotto and decadent rabbit ragú.
