To me, a shopping centre as as good as the rest rooms. The rest rooms here were a major failure! 1. No toilet paper or even bidet. I checked out the rest rooms at both levels and both were the same. .

SM City Clark is a huge shopping all on multiple floors with just about everything you will need. Loved the air conditioning on a hot day and enjoyed the huge food court. Staff in the shops all speak
