Beautiful location in the midst of Lüneburger Heide. Rooms were cozy, beds super comfortable. The staff friendly and accommodating. Spa facilities spacious and very clean. Breakfast and dinner buffets

Staff were incredibly friendly! The hotel itself was nice, with two choices of restaurants in the evening and plenty of choice during breakfast as well.
