I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an incident I witnessed on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m. at the Stonebriar Mall location involving a manager identified as Darwin

It is the nicest Dillard's in the area. Good selection of women dresses and purses. The service was attentive.

I thought I had been to the nicest Dillards and then I found this store at Stonebriar. This is a really nice department store! I was amazed at the selection and the brands here. Carrera, Prada, Chanel
