Sushi omakase restaurant with focus on edomae practice sushi using seasonal Japanese seafood and ingredients from the pnw. Owned and operated by sushi chefs Cody Auger and Dwight Rosendahl. Intimate 12 seat omakase counter with seating times at 5:30, 6 , 8 and 8:30pm 7 days a week. Also offering a walk-in only 5 seat a la carte sushi counter nimblechan from 5-9pm Tuesday-Friday.
