Excellent service and they took the time to step away from my order and explain their shoe sales area for a brand I had not heard of before. That was unexpected and helpful. Nice folks.

I had a fracture left toe. Oakdell had exactly the boot that I need for my left foot.

Customer service is greatly lacking and there is a lot of confusion here. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.
