Ananas Pizzeria in First Hill is the pizza brainchild of the team behind Lao staple Taurus Ox. That means you’ll find pies topped with everything from pepperoni to pork crumbles typically used in Lao khao soi. And while this place doesn’t quite compete with pizzerias in other parts of town, it’s the most exciting thing to happen to the neighborhood full of hospitals and $300k studio apartments.
