Went thru the drive thru, ordered baconator combo with unsweetened iced tea. I got home and ready to munch but to my surprise when I opened my order, thought I got a basic hamburger with 2 patties. I

went thru drive thru after work , after waiting 20 min , was handed my order arrived home ,food was cold and the ranch chicken wrap fell apart when opened, wrap was torn, not even closed filling fell

couldn't even order! went at 9:57am and the doors were all locked to get inside, and we could not get through the drive through as we had a boat. whomever is working should be fired
