Sooo disappointing ! I ordered a mangolian shrimp , extra spicey. Blant & ZERO taste, not spicy whatsoever . I can't even place in words the lack of taste on this dish!!

Second time I've been there and the owner forges a higher tip on the credit card entry. This time I took a picture of the receipt. Contacted American Express and they recommended filling a complaint o
