Over the years was difficult getting a hold of anyone in the office. The only time the owner will respond is when they get a poor review online and lose a customer. Very glad I left Allstate.

He's a mail spammer and uses various ploys to get you to open his B.S. mail which sometimes comes disguised as a check (in one of those envelopes that takes 10 minutes to fold, bend & rip off the side
