This lot opens at the same time as the upper lots to accommodate guests looking for free parking or once the upper lots are filled/sold out. Overnight parking/camping is not permitted at Big Bear Mountain Resort. Between the months of November - April, on an average peak period/holiday morning, we expect to park several thousand cars so delays may be expected. We recommend giving yourself at least an hour from any point in Big Bear Valley to drive, park, and be shuttled to the resorts.
