I rate it 2.5 - 3 stars because before the pandemic, rent was reasonable at $890 for a 2 bedroom. During the pandemic RealPage increased the rent to $1700 and these are low income housing townhomes...

The front desk and the maintenance people are ass. They don't fix nothing like they're supposed to. They blame you for everything even normal wear and tear and they charge you for it too when you move
