Horrible customer service at the front desk every single time. Very rude office staff very unhelpful and the wait time is ridiculous.

Came by on a Saturday morning at 8:45 am when they are supposed to be open.. lights off, door locked no one here. Closed. Google and their voicemail state their hours are 8 am - 1 pm on Saturdays! Goo
