the customer service is horrible very rude and awkward no eye contact whatsoever and the preparation of food is horrible I got a taco that had no meat and the fries were frozen cold

I placed an order and I feel really good about the service I received when I went to pick it up. I visit this store every day, but yesterday was an incredible day; my food was on time and hot.

freshest taco bell i've ever had, and the lady at the window was the sweetest!! definitely a good stop during my road trip!
