The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use the grooming service regularly. I've never had any complaints in over two years. I do miss my original groomer though. She's at a different HS location.

Monica is by far the best groomer we've ever had. My dog Leo loves her and is always so excited to be dropped off. Every time I pick him up he always looks so handsome.
