Location was niceThe elevator was out of service and had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs and with health conditions my husband was unable to assist. Very awkward situation.

Room was in front of the ocean view which was great. Sheets were stained with we don't know what.The air conditioner was and it was 50 degrees outside which was on 12/30/25 Didn't offer extra blankets
