I was very disappointed with this stay and do not feel it was worth the price. I was given a different room than what I reserved with no notice or explanation at check-in, which was frustrating right

I am definitely a Hilton Honors member and count on them when Im traveling around! Consistent availability as always, ability to reserve and check in via the app. Front desk staff was fairly friendly
