Very unprofessional and unsanitary. Staff also made snobby comments. This is by far the problem with people that think they are above others. We the clients are what keeps these businesses alive & pay

I want to start by saying that i am not a native of KY so I only have the subway in Mississippi and Louisiana to compare it to which lead me to have a vastly different experience than other reviewers
