The water pressure was horrible in the bathtub/shower. Everything else was great.

I hope no one has this experience in Life!! I have travel many many places and never had this. I used to be a Diamond member and now a Gold member. I booked through my points at this hotel for 1 nigh.

Hotel staff was rude. Shower area was dirty and the room had roaches. The area where breakfast is served smells like mildew.
