The main location on WW white was a sh*t show with terrible service. I switched to the southcross and began seeing the Nurse PA and its night and day.

They literally wouldn't pick up the phone. They would leave me on hold for 15+ minutes and finally they just started sending me straight to voicemail. Genuinely absurd.

The staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend. Mr. Holmes really cares about his patients they all do.
