The people are fine but the experience itself is terrible. I signed in early. The computer kiosk said I was early and that I should be in the building ten minutes before my appointment time. So I left

The phlebotomists at this location were respectful and friendly. I have a history of difficult blood draws and dread having it done. I wish the team at this location could be with me for every one.

The wait wasn't long, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. There were no smiles or warmth, but the service was performed as needed. That's all that matters.
