No communication. Had to pay for tires that were not in stock, was told they would be there within the hour. I had to call the next day to verify they had arrived. NEVER again!

I purchased a voucher off Groupon, I've done this with every oil change I've ever gotten and never have I had to pay additional at checkout. Let alone the entire price of the Groupon I purchased, they
