This place is very run down since we last stared here. Cleanness is poor. Noticed some dried up urine in front of toilet. Reported it to night mgr as soon as I discovered it. Night manager denied it .

This hotel wasn’t clean our room looked like someone had stood on the beds and the sheets had some kind of stuff on the sheets not sure if it was from the shoes or something else but it was bad enough
