I needed heaters in emergency as our boiler went out of service, and they sent them over in 15 minutes!!!

Bob is always helpful, remembers long-time customers, a great old-fashioned hardware store with all sorts of esoteric items -- and also the usual needed ones. And the staff is totally helpful as well.
