Strong community based gym. Members are friendly and courteous mostly. Not much profanity and swearing here. Some clubs are full of potty mouths. :)

Lorenzo went out of his way to make sure my membership in El Dorado Hills worked in this location. He was very accommodating and the location is clean and stacked with everything you need to exercise.

Awesome clean gym with great equipment, the staff is very respectful and knowledgeable. Bathroom and shower always clean
