The Wendy's restaurant on Lacey in Hanford has bad customer service. I do not recommend eating there. I had a bad experience during my last visit. The fries were burnt and they didn't have any ranch.

Forgot our ice cream then said they didn't have any so i don't know why they didn't just say that in the first place.... they still didn't offer anything to compensate after the fact.

I went to Wendy's today and got the JBC meal and it was raw/pink in the center. I tried calling their number and it no longer belongs to them. How are you all undercooking food and serving it? Absolut
