The key card for the building never works. There is a single machine for each muscle group. No one is ever there to assist you.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been working out here for almost a year now and never had a bad experience. The staff AND members are very friendly. I drive out of my way to go to this g

Have been here twice during "staffed hours" to see about a membership but apparently it's that hard to get someone to work the front desk and answer the phone.
