Location is excellent . Easy 10 min walk to both train stations- Interlaken ost and Interlaken west.Very friendly and welcoming staff. Big sized rooms very adequate for a family of four.No reception

Is close to downtown and the restaurant downstairs is amazing!They exceeded my expectations.
