This place has gone down hill. Have been going there for about 4 years but it's just getting worse. I use to love my dr but this last visit was just horrible. Had a 10:20am appointment I didn't get in

started calling for an appointment at 3pm chose the call back feature - after 3 callbacks I finally was connected- after checking my insurance I was told I needed to pay $25 to schedule an appointment

The place and staff aren't bad. Dr. Zavala is great. Her nurse on the other hand, not so much. Tracy never answers the phone. I ALWAYS have to leave a voicemail no matter what time of day it is. When
