I cannot believe how busy it has been getting here but they did have 6 windows open. It took a bit but staff was very friendly.

Went to ask a simple question about a trailer inspection, guy didn't even introduce himself when he answered the phone. Very rude but professional. I understand they are busy but no reason to be rude.
