The whole place requires a face-lift. Carpets are showing signs of wear especially in the corridors, perphaps a deep clean would remove the musty smell. The beefeater decor is definitely tired looking

I’d like to say Janet who works in the restaurant attached to the premier inn is a star, true testament to what customer service is meant to be, went above and beyond to make sure my service was good.
