I wish I could say my experience was different then all the others on here, but sadly it's the same. I also was left in a room for over 45 minutes waiting while I was forgotten. I to was over charged

Nicole and staff has taken the absolute best care of our dogs for over 20 years. I could write a book on what they have done for us. Great everything here, and will always take our best friends back,

There is a reason that 33 of the 67 reviews are ONE star. Agree with the other reviews, fabricate, overcharge, worst customer experience, lack of commitment, follow through, the unthinkable one "faile
