Went here yesterday. Not a good experience. Not enough help at the registers. That's because no one works anymore and everything is "Help Yourself" crap ugh

Today was my third interaction with Kohl's customer service each time I have interacted with them, I left the store happier than when I walked through the doors. The staff was extremely pleasurable. T

Their prices and selections are great, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I shop there all the time
