Workers are not friendly, had airpods in the whole time, not one of them could fully understand English, the beans looked like they were scooped off the floor, the sour cream was chunky and gross look

Chipotle, Bedford, Massachusetts. I've been to a lot of chipotle's and not every experience is positive... but the food and the portion size was great at the Bedford location

the workers were incredibly rude and kept side-eying and laughing at us. They also forgot to cook my quesadilla and gave me a folded tortilla with cold cheese.
