Maleana Muyalde is an unfortunate addition to this organization. I highly recommend you save yourself the aggravation and request an alternate service coordinator if you or your loved one is assigned

They give NO support, except I guess to certain people. I've been trying to deal with them for 12 years. They are really tight with money and there is a push away feeling (push back on bean burritos).
