Why did they take the big Ann Taylor store where I always found stuff with this boutique concept store at Tysons of all places? This store is a shell of what it once was - I wish they would go back to

I went today and it was a great experience. Very professional and helpful staff. My favorite AT location now.

Customer service is extremely poor. They definitely pick their customers to service and do not acknowledge long lines or long wait times. Would not suggest shopping here
