On our way down from Albany (headed too Long Island)we stopped randomly at Croton diner. The service was great, everyone was friendly &the food was amazing! Matzoh ball soup was delicious, eggplant ..

Got there before lunch rush there were maybe 5 other tables eating. Good food just poor service and rude waitresses. Probably best to order takeout next time.
