This is a total JOKE. Have tried to get someone here to see my mother for over a week! Mother has dementia and an ER visit is a friggin' nightmare. Thought this might be a better option but NO

I am surprised that Urgent Care needs to have an appointment! So when we rushed my 3 year old grandson in UR, since we don't have appointment they told us to go to ER and waited 4 hours to be treated!
