Horrible customer service leaving one star doesn't even matter. They will still and always be awful won't change anything

I thought I needed Fed Ex but it was UPS. Eric and Johnathon greeted me as I walked in. Super chill, helpful and responsive. They helped advise what I needed to do and walked me thru packaging my own
