I have always appreciated Raymond's service and work but I haven't appreciated the customer service and the hoops I have had to jump through to get someone to come out.

So I had the unfortunate experience of having my water heater break out of nowhere and had to call the professionals cause it had caused a flood in my garage and my frustration was growing by the seco

I had a non-flushing toilet which was also seeping from the bottom issue in my house. I called Mr. Rooter and made an appointment and fortunately a Service Manager was available in about an hour or so
