Horrible customer service. Two hours past our reservation and took 30+ minutes to have a car ready. They were unapologetic and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Never again!

Easy pick up and drop off process. There were plenty of cars available and no wait time for the shuttle service. Definitely recommend!
