WOW!... and not a good WOW!. Surly manageress, clearly needs to actually have some customer training. Hurried us all along so she could continue to sit & natter with friend.. not cheap, not cheerful .

This is the second Sunday afternoon I have visited in the last 3 weeks and on both occasions the toilets have been absolutely filthy, clearly not cleaned all day, toilet paper and mess over the floor.
