This dish is average. The service was average. I didn't want bread on top of my order. I would have preferred it on the side. It became super soggy.

Airport food is usually bad. This is worse than usual. Eggs and grits should be fairly easy to nail. If nothing else have some salt and hot sauce available to mask the dried up offerings.
