Great staff greeting us upon entry.The pool was still very cool for it being “heated”. The luggage carts are not the best option. The angle of them makes it hard to have multiple things on the cart.
Room was cleanNo extra roll of toilet paper only one half used roll, had to ask the front desk for toilet paper, and sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. They were quick to accommodate.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were given plenty of towels, which was a nice change from the norm. The bed gave us a dreamy night's sleep - so comfy!There was nothing we didn't
