Awesome atmosphere and even better food 9/10 only reason it's not a 10 is because of the the limited out door seating

Always a popular spot. Has indoor seating which can get a little noisy with low ceilings and a lot of covered but outdoor seating. I have gotten the guava slushy twice now and always enjoy it. Decent

I enjoy that Portland has tons of little food carts sprinkled throughout the city. This was my first time at this location. I was on a date and we had eaten at Matt's bbq. I highly recommend the Spice
