The hotel is outdated with many things not working. The lock to our room wouldn't let us in so a front desk employee had to come up every time we wanted to get in. There was no hot water in our room..

The shower had no hot water for 4 out of 5 days of my stay. The complimentary breakfast was very low quality and I had to jave my keycard reprogrammed 3 times.
