Nice little place. It is mainly self serve. I did have high expectations but maybe too high. I got the French toast with a side of eggs and bacon and for my coffee an americano. All of the food items

I want to like this place but the front staff have no sense of urgency and pretty snooty. Can't even get adequate service for a pick up order. How do I get my $4 tip refunded?
