There was only one attendant with a one car elevator and about 30 ppl waiting for their cars. We waited over an hour to get our car. It was cold. It was late. It was a work night. Never again!

Waited well over an hour for my car at 259 W 47th St location in Manhattan, and the cashier refused to talk to the patrons. Don't use this garage location !!!

Parked at 259 W 47th. There is one attendant retrieving cars and about 35 people waiting. I've been here for 45 minutes and there are still many people ahead of me waiting, some for more than one hour
