I went to nail and spa yesterday 03/02, i noticed a sharp pain and saw blood that appeared today, i will not be going back, as you can see, the nail lady cut my cuticle very deep on the sides and top.

Typically I love this place, but they really missed the mark today. Their employees are either really good, or awful - no in between. I got a dip manicure today and I've never seen something SO thick.
